when he asks "What's going to happen to your
distribution if, like LPT's, ALZ can't rely on
revaluations to fund their dividends anymore?
Since ALZ relies on property sales and rents from
its large portfolio of buildings (that covers its
costs including interest many times over) it
doesn't need nor 'rely on' revaluations to
pay good dividends - year after year
with metronomic regularity.
BTW: I notice TheWord says he has a
'sell' sentiment towards ALZ yet he
owns no ALZ stock!
Two questions:
How can TheWord sell what he don't own?
Why get hot under his HotCopper collar
when his bystander status makes him
immune to AZL zooming or plunging?
TheWord reminds me of celibate
men who are incredibly erudite
about intercourse (in theory)
but have never taken the
plunge themselves but
