You keep referring to the Top 20 from this website

As you can see out of these 20, 6 are nominees accounts (combined they hold 11.8% of the stock). Nominees accounts are not shareholders. They hold shares on behalf of other holders; could be one, could be thousands, or in between. We have no way of knowing. So to say that the top 20 hold over 95% of the stock is highly likely to be incorrect. Secondly, the information about the top 20 on that website is dated, sometimes by quite a bit.
