I think you are winding us up.

If you were around in the 70's which I doubt, the price of real estate doubled, this this infaltionary effect was directly caused by the excesses of the Govt' of the day, the same mob that are in today.

If you are for real in your beliefs, and gryps then you really do have a problem.

If not then I suggest that you rise above the masses, develop a strategy that will improve your position.

Sometimes this brings reward, sometimes not.
