One thing is for certain the money will do more harm than good.It will be pissed up against the wall for no real benefit. I have seen aboriginals in Katherine walking around in a drunken stupor dressed in rags smelling like a rotten ferret with a roll of $50's hanging out of their pocket that would choke a horse. Money is poison to them.
