sorry, let me rephrase that- does the rebound buy mean, hey it has dipped but it will be going back up, so buy now before the rebound

or

does it mean that ppl bought on a rebound and blah blah blah

see , newbie here a bit confused with the wording

I feel it is a buy as it just took a dip and it is expected to go up quite a bit over the next few days/weeks- and ppl I say weeks, as I see multiple ann's throughout Jan that means multiple jump ups and I 'hear' they will start soon- and I am not talking about the BRR orthodox christmas stuff.
