There is a far bigger picture playing out overseas right now than what you can see on a historical chart, and the observant people have acknowledged the events that are, and are about to unfold.
Those still waiting for the re-rating of GBG are just not observing the evidence as well as they might. It will bounce around like you said but not much else will happen for a while yet I think.
Fed approval is a given, as was every other event put up by posters, as a reason for the "upcoming" re-rating. We've heard that a few times. Biggest chance for a re-rating is the final finance approval in my opinion, all the rest should be already factored in by the market.
If you're happy to hold GBG then you might have to just sit tight and wait a while longer.
