What I don't Like ABout AOG

    I don't like the big falls in SP this year of the other big Age Care providers Japara, Estia and Lifestyle which AOG has resisted until now.

    I don't like the CR's that have been done in listed Age Care in the last 2 years, including floats, recaps and founder sellouts.

    I don't like that 3 other listed operators are new to the boards.

    I don't like that Govt regulation is creeping upon them, thereby ensuring their assets underperform.

    I don't like that the Age Care sector has boomed so much from 5 years ago and the chickens are now coming home to roost.
