    Hi Blackrivered,

    I too am surprised at the extent of the SP weakness. At 2.40 its a 26% discount to NTA. That suggests on the face of it - deep value. What is the regulatory risk? If any punitive new rules or regs are introduced, it would effect all in the industry that work on the deferred fee model and would take a long time before being introduced.....
