    It seems CMY and BCC are not the best of buddies because I know if I was taken to court I would reserve the right to hate the person or company who started the court action. Yet people seem rather optimistic that the two can negotiate a deal within 90 days. Clearly, a disgruntled person would make negotiations impossible.
