    Re AVL’s patent:

    ‘Oxidised and Transitional ore’ …. Does TMT have none of that?
    specifically:
    https://www.australianvanadium.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/International-vanadium-processing-patent-application-final.pdf
    “A distinctive feature of the patent application is the ability to economically recover vanadium from oxidised and transitional zones common to VTM deposits worldwide.”

    — That patent may lead to a processing plant that is able to maximise the value of the ore from the TMTP as well as AVL
    … and even if it is able to extract value only from the AVL side of the fence isn’t that a good thing for us too.

    Plus now as well as (potentially) gaining in price from;
    -the pending EPA approval
    -and also gaining in price from AVL announcing its’ electrolyte manufacturing plant is up and running (soon?)
    -and now being able (one day) to supply that plant cost-efficiently with our product,
    - plus benefitting from any PR about ‘our’ Horizon Vanadium pilot plant in Kununurra due to be installed early next year

    We’ll have the far better name on our side and whatever else.

    But I’m open to being convinced that there is a way to achieve a better outcome here ..
    However I think the argument for NO really does require a clear idea of what the bankable feasibility study comes down to along with how many BEOT investors are around to support TMT going it alone on the basis of that study.

    cheers
