Re performance shares, FWIW here’s the ones issues to AVL’s newest non executive director, Anna Sudlow, who started on June 1





I don’t know what 10c profit a share would look like to other holders here on current TMT prices but I know over at AVL on this merger deal it adds up to a $1.20 increase per holding.
Is it possible?
What about double that?


Did she have any idea this merger was coming when she joined?
Anna is clearly a smart cookie and a great non executive director to have on that/our team, and she has also been CFO at Paladin Energy since July 2019.
This is what’s happened to the price over there (till now) during her time there:




I have not yet been convinced that AVL is a pointless anchor to attach to TMT nor that the timing is wrong but I agree with you @Startingagain that this merger has been being worked towards for some time.


But another question:
What happens now to the $1.4m Research and Development rebate that was supposedly due to TMT by the end of August? [ref]
