Can't believe the combined entity will have 8 Billion shares. So much for the tightly held low SOI for TMT.
What does AVL have the TMT doesn't have that we would want at this stage of the game? Is it just increased certainty around financing? Or access to downstream processing. I'm struggling to understand the benefits that this offers to TMT.
