CDR's main issue was the treatment of the debt...it has now been moved to a Current Liability for Final Audited Report but the company will put out an assurance from the bank lender that the new lender has given them a term which ensures the debt is actually non current.
Futhermore this bank has actually increased the line of credit available to the business.
Most importantly the company will re-affirm 07/08 earnings are tracking to previous guidance and that a DATA ROOM has been established and managed by ABN with a number of approaches already received.
Personally its been a long wait but it all sounds good with an offer probably coming for the company within the next month now that the finances have been sorted out.
