Any punter stuck in the stock would be MAD to sell as given the assets of this company any buyout would have to be at higher levels !!
REMEMBER - CDR is mainly in the SME market and OPTUS have nothing in this market....its a perfect fit and pretty cheap given last year they were making informal offers at the $500 mil mark !
When a stock sets up a data room and confirms approaches it means that the broker advising will be doing their best to get a sale and earn a nice fee !
