Is that a huge USA company like Northrop buys 12.6% of the company at a significant premium to the share price over the previous trading days and then the share price goes up a further 25% over the purchase price after the announcement with minimal turnover (less than 2% of all shares turned over the past week).
There are little or no day traders in this company and the share price will surely increase if an insto is after a good sized parcel .
The company has recently upgraded production floor size in both USA and Oz for CROWS production. A further order above the existing USD24 million must be anticipated.
I am on long term holder.
