Agree with you think it is extremely important to nip misquotes/misleading comments/false rumours, in the butt.

Wrt to the misquote you are again correct, if you read it properly, it is as you say not 10 days from their visit but 10 days from successful completion of their investigations. The 10 days time frame actually means nothing as no one knows how long it takes to complete Taifengs investigations.
