    I also work in an area with similar clients. For many their property is the last hope after GFC whipped off alot of their shareholdings (especially those geared). On their properties most are not heavily geared (at least on their PPR), though some younger clients are (09-2010 buyers). We have many who have home equity loans, quiet a few of whom are struggling month to month (a few 30 days+). The rise in interest costs has had a big effect.
    Interest in asset protection structures has increased also.
