the only way high prices could be achieved on regular aussie wage was 'fumbling' of numbers in order to get approvals and fullfill the 30% of wages clause !
you clamp down on that and...one in a hundred will be able to afford the loan it is lumbered with !
the only way they DO afford it is through 'having no life and working 3 jobs' and 'bleeding the tenants till the last drop'...and handing it all(or at least 80%) to the bank !
thats the free world we dreamed off?
i say, bankrupt the greedy/dim bastards !
p.s. im sick of buying them a beer 'cose they've given all they got for a monthly rate !
