Have you got any detailed stories about clients breaking down in your office, wishing they'd never purchased those rental homes, wishing they'd never piggy-back their loans, wishing they hadn't believed the seminar speakers all those years ago?

Tcisboss, what on earth are you on about - re-read his post. He said they had a combined income of $150k pa. The $2.4M figure was the total value of the assets. And don't question his authenticity - he's correct, you're not.
