That's the problem with leverage - it works brilliantly on the way up but is a killer on the way down particularly if you bought at the peak of the bubble.
I have a voluntary job doing the finances for my kid's preschool. We have a record number of parents getting behind in their payments so an indicator of the two speed economy. Lots of the ones struggling are small business owners.
That said no real signs of price falls where I am I'm Sydney. Yet.
