Perhaps what I should have added to my previous post is: 1. I believe this offer only just starts the "bidding" and, because of the significance of SER's graphite resource, it's possible other potential JV partners will emerge with improved offers. 2. I see SER's SP eventually reaching well beyond what is implied by my calculations based on the North American offer. 3. Much will depend on by how much the graphite resource can be increased by drilling of course (and how quickly something can be done about investigating Cultana for gold), but personally I'll be holding on in expectations (and hopes) of a much higher price down the track. Like I said, however, I'm no expert, so DYOR.
