one factor that is unique to this company is the large number of non-marketable parcel holders - at 1/9/10 there were 2,343 holders representing a whopper 3.78% holding 12.1m shares. I believe as prices go up that some of these may be released to market and act as a dampener. I am surprised the company hasn't taken steps to offer a Sale of Non-Marketable parcel facility, but then again it may suit them NOT to!
