The prospectus states that trading was to commence on 25 November, but as we now know, most retail applicants could not trade due to no fault of their own.
However, it would be reasonable to assume, from the prospectus, that if you applied for shares, you would be able to trade on 25 November when trading commenced.
The prospectus was wrong and misleading.
What I think is unfair
