What I think is unfair, page-13

Not that it really matters what individual strategies are I will divulge in my case I bought two separate parcels in different structures to enable me to take advantage of both options (short and medium/long term), but I can't do a thing with either as it turns out and won't be able to for another week or so, whilst others can do so at will? I also use 'stops' to assist protecting capital but I am also denied this ability while my money is exposed fully to the market. This is my beef and I think it is a valid one for those in a similar position. This was not clearly divulged in the prospectus as in my opinion, 'conditional and deferred trading' does not specify clearly the staggered release of shares for different investor groups. IMO the shares should not have been released for trading until ALL investors had access to the market.
