The thread is related to UNFAIR TREATMENT, so if hankspooner doesn't happen to be disadvantaged then you need not read and pollute this portion of the thread with your abuse! I am clearly pointing out the difficulties many investors are experiencing by not having their shares readily available on their respective trading platforms. The class action potential is a sideline for anyone disadvantaged by the process involved who may unjustly incur losses. Sorry this seems to upset you so much HS.
