@browndog31 - In case you are not aware, the issue of shares to each of the directors is
not an issue of free shares.
They are each contributing their own funds on the same terms as was offered to shareholders in the recent capital raise.
Kirkwood is contributing $100,000 and Cholakos and McGrady are each contributing $75,000. That is probably close to two years of after tax directors fees from each of the directors on the board.
Investors often say that they want to invest in companies where the directors have skin in the game. The directors are asking for the shareholders approval to be able to put their skin in the game (not just the options as part of their remuneration) and make an investment that is significant relative to their directors fees.
I see lots of reasons to vote FOR approving the directors to contribute their money and buy shares on the same terms as offered to shareholders and I will be voting FOR the resolutions.
