    What Idiot would be selling $146.68 worth of KTE if for no other purpose than to reduce the price from $0.047 down to $0.04 after the last transaction was at $0.047???
    It is not a tradeable volume unless you hold additional volume to that so it is pretty obvious what the boof head is doing.
