The really important thing is that MD Clarke is leaving, the only issue I have with this is that his replacement is coming from within. I would like to see a fresh set of eyes on the challenges that face TWE.
I do wonder if the incoming CEO will continue to cover the balance sheet the way out going management has. .....as Ford is already in the upper echelons of twe management...
TWE has been far too Sino centric for too long, and most of the activities for the last few years have been tinkering around with this now acknowledged problematic approach.
channel stuffing, sacking established distributors, that gave local traction, and not developing/cultivating other markets .
