What if FGF opens at 1.0 cents?, page-44

I'm confused @dante can you provide more detail ? The ASX had questions for FGF about their blockchain deal but it took them 3 days to send them ? I don't understand how the exchange could do that, as it would upset all forms of settlements. Is it in their power to place a stock in halt for 3 days with no justification ? If you can't provide the queries at the time then how do you justify the halt ? This seems unfair on shareholders.
