Given the takeover approval.
If I buy at say $17.40, does that mean I get 50c div (the second one) which is funded by Felix itself and 10c share for the other exploration co?
but $17.4+.5+.1 = $18.00 not $18.05, bit confused here.
Trying to figure if this is a good abitrage opportunity...
if I then accept the bid, when do I get my money back?
