I think ISX will win the court case and be awarded damages, how much is anyones guess. I think the damages will be used to take over NSX which would be a great move in my opinion.
What happens if ASX still refuses to re-list ISX?
Anyone with any ideas on how this will play out and whether this looks to be a very likely outcome.
Remember JK and Tim Hart have been buying shares agressively in NSX and JK is CEO of both.
