    Close to zero chance of ISX taking over NSX. Not a chance ASIC would allow ISX/JK have full control of an exchange licence.

    And if ISX gets delisted for rule breaches, no chance of listing on NSX either - NSX cannot list and ex-ASX company after rule breaches - once again ASIC would not allow it. That's why the dozens of small cap delisted ASX companies never list on NSX. NSX compliance team would never allow it.
