Well stokes, and stokes related entities SGH already hold over 80% combined, if stokes can arrange some sort of beneficial ownership change and have it all in one entity (either or) then proceed to 90% whereby it triggers a compulsory acquisition at a much reduced sp. Plenty of precedents out there.
