Spoke to Adam the other day and stated my concern if the deal with monash was to fall through. And his reply was simply "there is always a back up plan". So they obviously have something else lined up if in the unlikely Even this was to fall through. I bought another lot on close today. Seems to cheap to me for the near term potential.
