i still think Orbimed got to look at what is really ahead for the company when it made its first loan. It then wanted to make an offer for a bigger percentage of the company knowing our cash strapped position. We obviously did not just want one suitor and so got ms involved. This company cannot be taken over in a hostile manner. Buying at market price would send the share price into the heavens and with insiders holding it would be near impossible. It would be better to apply loads of shorts pressure and then make an offer. If all is above aboard then Al will not sell out cheaply. I think we will see either Orbimed coming in as a massive cornerstone investor to see our cash problems solved through to commercialization or a couple of devices sold due to MS review.
