    There will be a deal, it was in the works all year.
    If it's delayed by a few days it won't be AS delaying it but some legal commercial back and forth which can drag out, all sorts of reasons including dealing with banks. Plenty of opportunity for delays.
    If it's delayed I will be able to buy more which is what I'll be doing.
