With the lack of updates during the process so far, we are owed an announcement by the 31st even if it is to say that negotiations are continuing and to give a new finalisation date. Delays beyond the 31st will be due to drawn out contract finalisation negotiations with our preferred partner. I've been able to tolerate things up to now, but if we aren't afforded at least that decency I'll be gropable!
