Would we necessarily be responsible for the adjustments... especially if we could mount an argument that we (FAR) would have proceeded differently (in allocation of funds) had we been in ownership of the 35%?
Is it not possible that we could tell COP to stick the adjustments up their Colonoco, and WPL seek redress from COP for their capex?
I have no clue... simply spinning "what ifs".
Sure would be fun to flip them off.
