I'm not sure that the COP BV is/was a contractor to the PSC... Those parties to the PSC would have been SenGov and Hunt Oil and then FAR came in. Much later CNE and COP came in. COP decided to hold their participating interest through the COP BV which became the WPL BV.. but I do not believe that the BV is a "contractor (or participant) to the PSC.

The " Contractor " is defined as, any entity to which an interest might be transferred pursuant to Articles 24 and 29 below
