I'm not sure how you think the 35% is somehow outside the contractor.....how would that work?
I'm not sure how you think arbitration between FAR and CNE could ever see CNE or FAR losing their share because WPL decide not to adhere to the ICC ruling?
I have read a 2014 version of The Gambia PSA and the arbitration rules are pretty much the same except its ICSID initially and if they can't determine it goes to the ICC.
Like I said under your thought bubble if FAR default the Gov can cancel the lease on all the participants because they constitute the Contractor.
