PJ77, you missed my point which is simply if we have to pay $2 or more fine we cut back on luxuries. By doing that we buy less clothes, use the car less etc etc. I can't see a way around it myself. We will survive but we have been so spoilt we will just get used to living with less. Then we can afford the essentials like food, basic clothing and so forth.
