Should PoG to stay around US$1,200 long ?
It would depend on the action of management to cut cost!.
(1) If they do nothing then we could see 30c or less: The current neutral cash flow operation would require to sell Gold at about US$1,300/oz.
(2)If closing the loss marking South Pacific mines, and keep only the profitable mine in Australia, then the share price may even improve.
We shall see if get there... in the mean time, Gold appear to have strong support around US$1,300... Good luck
