In my opinion SBM has been totally stuffed by the directors takeover of allied gold at an exceptional premium . The company was robust before this little jaunt with shareholders money. I doubt SBM will ever recover . Maybe if gold heads much higher to $2000US . There needs to be an explanation of how close directors of the two companies were at the time or were the SBM directors just incompetent in buying an overpriced lemon? SBM great for the directors on salary but rubbish for the shareholders they are supposed to serve.
In my opinion SBM has been totally stuffed by the directors...
