Misty, have you factored in the possibility that Gillard could resign from politics to bring labor down for knifing her? I can't see her going gracefully to the back bench.
If that happened, the coalition would not want to deal with the greens or the independents who are clearly labor wolves in coalition sheep skins.
If the coalition are handed government, it's off to the polls we go...yay. Finally give the people the say they should have had long ago over carbon tax and border security among many, many other offending and dishonest policies.
