I don’t think you get my drift, the way you write gives the impression that you are still keeping the two companies linked, as Synergy (from the Greek syn-ergos, óõíåñãüò meaning working together)
What I propose is Compleat and separate severing of operation two separate independent companied.
Don’t forget that TLS was once in the $9.00 range and it is not so much about the real book value as you are aware it is much about what the buyer thinks it is worth
