I was thinking the opposite Onetonne.
My thought was a low sp would encourage share holders to tick all the boxes. If the sp is 35c shareholders may think it a good deal to raise cash from the sophisticates at 37c.
Lowers the bar for performance shares too. If the sp was 80c they may struggle to show sufficient improvement from there.
I am expecting a coloured update in the next few weeks to give the sp a small lift before the meeting.
