If a settlement was majority of shares then some would need to be sold to satify funder but I think CHM will sit on most as it lets them share in MMX upside which I think post case is huge.
Cransy as much as you hate CHM would you rather see the shares fly or still be in a year grumbling about CHM and case.
I cannot see Mitsu making next payment until this is sorted out as it has to go into Crossland which is involved in case as co-defendent.
Mitsu will want this sorted out and I guess have some form of indemnity from MMXS about the case.
I thought about 30 million shares and a couple of million to sort out CHM leso 20 million is not that far apart.
