what if tlw get 50 but less than 90

I should know this and maybe it has been covered by previous posters. But what happens if tlw get control (more than 50 %) but less than 90% which I understand gives them compulsory purchase rights. I suppose hdr would continue to trade, but have no idea what the affect would be on the sp?
