As for how they pay for stuff, when was the last President that did that Scott? They are the worst kind of budget keepers and don't care at all about the size of the tin they're kicking down the road. To suggest in both your heading and content that Trump will somehow be an anomaly on the US contraction and budget landscape is just wrong. I'll grant you he will almost certainly take things further on the former, but you wouldn't be complaining if President Biden did exactly the same thing.
