In a perfect world that would happen , however why would China need to trade as without a defense force there would be no impediment for the Indonesians and or Chinese to walk there way from Darwin to Sydney just like Cook and his compatriots did to the Aboriginals 200 years ago , so instead of trading muskets for food and then taking the land it would be trading iron ore for cars and then without resistance taking the land

If the Chinese own the mining and farm assets, why should invade us? They have what they want without firing a shot.
My point was that when we re-own the 'farm" then we have property for our armed forces to protect & defend.
